In the last few months I've been very busy with commissioned work.
Of course I used my template extension: t3templates_base for the templating.
This is already very extensive, but every customer project is different and has its own requirements.
Therefore there are now many innovations in t3templates_base and thus also for all my TYPO3 templates.
I updated all packages. If you are already a buyer, use the download link from your order.
If not, you will get the latest version immediately.
You can find the entire changelog in the official documentation of t3templates_base.
Here are a few highlights:
The Frontend Framework Bootstrap is of course integrated locally with T3 Templates. The local files have been updated to version 5.3.1.
TYPO3 10 is no longer supported
Since April 2023, the free support for TYPO3 12 has unfortunately expired. But don't worry, TYPO3 10 still has ELTS support until April 2026.
I attach great importance to LTS for my TYPO3 templates. However, due to time constraints, I cannot accompany the entire ELTS cycle.
Therefore I stopped the support for TYPO3 10 and my t3templates_base from version 1.6.2 now needs TYPO3 11.
It might work on TYPO3 10 as well, but I can't test it anymore.
If you buy one of my templates now, you will receive the last version that was still compatible with TYPO3 10 as an extra ZIP package. While this version has no new features, it remains functionally the same.
So don't hesitate to buy one of my TYPO3 templates today and benefit from the proven quality and reliability!
New container for bootstrap cards
Bootstrap Cards are a popular feature of Bootstrap. They enable content to be displayed in an attractive tile look and are therefore ideal for presenting products or services. But with the new container for bootstrap cards there are even more possibilities.
Placement works in the usual way. Place the new container and create new content elements of the new type: Card in its content column.
You can find the frontend output on our preview server.
New choices and much more
I've added more framework classes and new CSS classes that give you even more options to customize the design.
Of course, this update also includes numerous bug fixes and some code optimizations.
This is the first content update of my base and also serves as preparation for the update to TYPO3 12.
This way you can be sure that you can continue to use TYPO3 templates from T3 Templates in the future.
If you need help with the installation or the update process, I offer you my installation service.
