Introduction

Before downloading or purchasing products from T3 Templates for free, please make sure that you have read, understood and accepted all terms of use. By using the products on t3templates.de, we assume that you have accepted the following terms of use and the terms of use of Digistore24, the marketplace on which we sell our products.

We reserve the right to change or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.

Product Delivery

All of our products are sold through Digistore24. Delivery for digital products is possible immediately after purchase via a download link. You will also receive a confirmation email with the order data and the download link.

The purchase of services is also billed via Digistore24. You will be contacted to schedule the service within 24 hours. The implementation itself is implemented promptly and depends on the current workload of the development team of T3 Templates and the customer himself.

Product Compatibility / Updates

Our products are designed to work on self-hosted TYPO3 sites, downloadable from get.typo3.org. All products are designed to work with the latest available LTS version of TYPO3, but we cannot guarantee that older products will run with future CMS versions.
Our products support the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Edge.
Paid product updates are available to buyers at no cost for the first 6 months. For further updates you have to purchase the product again via Digistore24.

Changes

Yes, you are allowed to modify our products according to your needs. Please make sure that you credit T3 Templates or Kevin Chileong Lee as the author.
Also, please note that before making the change, check the documentation page to see if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do.

Unauthorized / Illegal Use

You should not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in using the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) and the laws of the European Union and international law. In particular, it is forbidden to use our products for sites that promote: violence, terrorism, hard pornography, racism, vulgar content or software links.

It is not possible to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the product, use of the product or access to the product without the express written permission of t3templates.de. You cannot redistribute or release any of our products under a General Public License (GPL). All copyright data must remain as it was when you purchased it. You agree not to alter this information in any way.

You cannot place any of our commercial products (extensions, templates and plugins), modified or unmodified, on CD, website or any other medium. Nor may you offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without the prior written consent of our company. Especially on Digistore24 or similar services. If you want to become a reseller, please contact us.

You may not purchase search engines or other pay-per-click keywords (such as Google AdWords) or domain names using T3 Templates or T3 Templates affiliated brands and websites/or variations thereof.

Support

Once you have downloaded our product, you can contact us via email or contact form for support, and we will do our best to solve your problem. We will try to provide a solution via email for minor bug fixes, after that we will update the core package.

If your support requires an additional modification of the product, you have two options:

Wait for the further development of the product.
Or you can commission us by contacting us and sending us a detailed requirement description. We will create and send you a non-binding cost estimate for your changes. We reserve the right to refuse your request if we do not have the resources or time to do so. In this case, you need to look for other programmers.

Property

You may not claim any intellectual or exclusive ownership of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of t3templates.de. Our products are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty. In no event shall our legal entity be liable for any damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or any other loss arising out of the use or inability of our products.

The above attribution does not apply to the products released under the license of GNU/GPL (GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE). For more information regarding this license, please visit the GNU site.

Price changes

t3templates.de reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to change or discontinue the prices or the subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Warranty

t3templates.de - Products are provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Every product from T3 Templates is guaranteed to work correctly if the product is properly installed, activated and options configured in the latest stable LTS version of TYPO3. T3 Templates does not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins - as there are just too many extensions.
Please ensure that the browsers you use work with the products as we cannot guarantee that our products will work with all browser combinations.

In no event shall our legal entity be liable for any damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or any other loss arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

We are not licensed to provide images and specific True Type Fonts (TTF) to be used for any or all of the templates provided. These require you to own or buy from their respective owners.

Our products sold via Digistore24 can be revoked within 60 days.

To do this, send an email to support@digistore24.com with the following content:
